I was a Team Leader Senior estimator MIDSTREAM, of an aggressive industrial piping and civil reclamation construction project, to utilize the methane gas disbursement as a natural and viable fuel for energy heat & power consumption. Observing and participating in all road construction, earth buttress embankments and infrastructure of civil construction, estimating industrial piping and timelines industrial project for the solid waste management for the City of Albuquerque, acting an Estimator, scheduler planner P6 7.0 software application, project manager, and site superintendent regarding plan interpretation of design/build engineered drawings and as Liaison for The City and EPA governing bodies. Construction of holding top soil diversion and construction of piping irrigation, diversion dam, soil reclamation and all equipment material management supervising a team of 60+ workers, professionals with a budgetary configuration of 5M. Team leader in planning and implementation for the creation and formation of design/build estimates and project management with, insight experience and knowledge, while maintaining and managing a conjunctive team effort with sensitivity and insightfulness to facilitate governmental industrial, civil and architectural Large MACC and Mini MACC construction projects. I supervised the building inspectors for the city of Santa Fe.
